What is Express Service?

Grace Collection was the first company to implement the "EXPRESS" service and has been continually defining this concept successfully to the industry.

The idea behind ‘Express’ is to enable our clients to customise products based on existing styles. We have a wide variety of decoration options and product colour combinations available to them for a low min qty of 200 units manufactured offshore. Better still, these goods can be delivered within quick turn-around times to accommodate your lead times.

Today, our company has taken a step further by introducing additional product lines into the "Express" service in the likes of Bags. Fundamentally, our aim is make it easier for our clients to find what they need, quickly and efficiently.

What's on offer?

The process is very easy to follow, you choose the product along with the decoration that is offered for that particular item and nominate your colour combination using our fabric colour guides. We can approve via email images or physical sample upon request, once your order has been approved, the goods are assembled and delivered to your chosen destination by airfreight or seafreight (depending on your delivery time requirements).

Min qty’s start as low as 100 units per item and you can utilize the various types of decoration readily available for your chosen product such as: 3D & Standard Embroidery, Printing, Woven sandwich, Sublimation and badges that can be printed, embroidered or sublimated.

What products are available through the different express services:

Custom Made Express (CME): Incorporates conventional compact promotional items like stubby coolers, lanyards, PVC items and many more products that can be easily decorated and are all available through this service.

Headwear Express (HE): Offers a very extensive range of headwear styles where you have the ability to customise your own unique promo cap with the options available through this service. These caps are decorated before being assembled which gives our clients more freedom to use other forms of decoration methods readily available for this service.

Bag Express: We will be able to accommodate all your bag needs with over 200 different styles to select from, ranging from  backpacks, sports bags, conference bags, laptop bags, tote bags, cooler bags and much more. All you need to do is select the bag that suits you’re requires, nominate the colour combination along with the decoration and we will produce the bag for a small min qty of only 100 units.  Great creative and order the bag you have always wanted with your own personal touch.
