Only available to our Polo Shirt designs with plain collar style.

100-999 units: 8 weeks after approval(delivery to Brisbane). For urgent delivery, please speak to your representative.
1000+ units: Please speak to a representative regarding lead time.

Goods Returns Policy
  1. Return for credit of goods is STRICTLY limited in time to 14 days from our invoice date and must have a Return Authorisation number.
  2. Incorrect supply of goods claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving goods. Grace Collection will not accept responsibility for goods sent to 3rd parties that are not checked within 48 hours of receiving goods. If the goods are decorated (embroidered, printed, etc), altered or in any non-resalable condition, no credit will be issued.
  3. A Restocking Fee of 10% of the total invoice will be charged for goods returned after the 14-Day Return Period.
  4. Due to health reasons, headwear & clothing samples cannot be returned. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered to be a fault in the product.
  5. Returns due to client error will be liable for full freight costs.
  6. If a product’s packaging is opened and not re-packed to its original status, the item cannot be returned for credit.
Goods Returns Procedure
  1. Fax or email the filled Return Authority Form with the invoice to your account manager for approval and for an authorisation number. Goods returned without an authorisation number will not be accepted from your courier.
  2. If approved, you will receive an authorisation number in the Form by fax. Please attach this Return Authority form with copy of our invoice and return to us by your courier except where incorrect goods are supplied.
  3. Upon receiving the returned goods checked by us, credits will be

Freight & Shipping
  1. Unless otherwise specified, prices quoted are ex-warehouse from Brisbane. For orders (except water bottles and local decoration orders), over a value of $500 (exclusive GST), free freight to your office located in metro area of Brisbane Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
  2. Freight charge for samples may apply.
  3. Freight charge for water bottles is applied for any quantity.
Deliveries To Your Decorator

We are able to dispatch your order directly to your decorator; however it is your responsibility to check your goods for correct quantity, colours, etc. Grace Collection will NOT accept returns on goods that have been decorated.
